Uninstall the current Trend Micro program for Mac

1. Click the button below to download the Diagnostic Toolkit .zip file:

2. Double-click the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.zip to unzip or extract the file.
3. Once unzipped, double-click the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.app to open the file.
4. Click Uninstall to proceed.
5. Copy the serial number, then tick the box I copied my serial number. Click Uninstall.
6. Enter your Mac credentials when asked, then click OK.
7. Wait until the uninstallation is complete. Click OK once the message below appears.
